  1. Eligibility for Return:
    • Non-Earring Jewelry Items: You may return non-earring jewelry items for return/exchange if the following conditions are met:
      • The item is unused, the tag is not tampered, and in its original packaging.
      • The return is initiated within 14 days from the date you received the item.
    • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
    • Customized Items: Customized items, including but not limited to travel jewelry boxes, are final sale.
    • Sale and Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale.
  2. Return Process:
    • To start a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
    • Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
    • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • Ensure the return is completed within 14 days of receiving the item.
  3. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
    • Items that are worn, used, damaged, have a tampered tag, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.
  4. Return/Exchange/Store Credit:
    • For refunds/exchanges/store credit the customer will provide the return shipping fee.
  5. Ineligible Returns:
    • Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense.
