Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates will appear at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

USPS transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your package is scanned by USPS, it is considered to be in the carrier’s possession.

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, including delayed scans, transit issues, or packages marked “delivered” but not received.
If an issue occurs during transit, please contact USPS with your tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Buyers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
